Rudra Yoga Ashram reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Our yoga teacher training courses are open to individuals aged 18 years and above. Participants should be in reasonably good physical and mental health. By enrolling, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the yoga practices and activities included in the course. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, you must disclose them to us prior to enrollment.
To enroll in a course, you must complete the enrollment or inquiry process through our website or by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp. Enrollment is confirmed only after we receive and process your advance payment. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful registration.
We offer the following programs, subject to availability and scheduling:
Course content, schedules, and dates are subject to change at the discretion of Rudra Yoga Ashram. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of any significant changes.
Upon successful completion of the course, including meeting the attendance and assessment requirements, students will receive a certificate of completion. The certificate is issued by Rudra Yoga Ashram and, where applicable, is recognized by the Yoga Alliance USA for registration as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
Course fees are listed on the respective course pages of our website. All fees are quoted in the currency specified on the website and are inclusive of accommodation, meals, course materials, and certification (unless otherwise stated).
An advance payment of 30% of the total course fee is required to secure your enrollment. The advance payment must be made via bank transfer (UPI or wire transfer) as instructed during the registration process.
The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid in full upon arrival at Rudra Yoga Ashram, before the commencement of the course. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. ATMs are available in the area for cash withdrawal using debit cards.
Course fees do not cover travel expenses to and from Rishikesh, personal expenses, travel insurance, visa fees, or any optional excursions or activities not included in the course curriculum.
The advance payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel your enrollment after making the advance payment, the deposit will not be returned, nor can it be applied to a different course or student.
In exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies supported by documentation), Rudra Yoga Ashram may, at its sole discretion, allow a one-time transfer to a future course date. This is not guaranteed and is decided on a case-by-case basis.
Rudra Yoga Ashram reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, enrolled students will be offered a full refund of all fees paid, or the option to transfer to an alternative course date.
Rudra Yoga Ashram reserves the right to dismiss any student from a course for violating the Code of Conduct (see Section 5) or for any behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
All students and participants are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct during their stay at Rudra Yoga Ashram:
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in a warning, suspension, or expulsion from the course at the discretion of the ashram management, without any refund.
Yoga involves physical activity and certain inherent risks. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and accept these risks. It is your responsibility to:
Rudra Yoga Ashram is not liable for any injuries, illness, or health issues that may arise during or as a result of participating in the course.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, curriculum, and design, is the intellectual property of Rudra Yoga Ashram (Rudra Yog Peeth) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
